For Teaching

ChangeMakers Podcast is widely used as a ‘reading’ to accompany other texts on courses exploring social change, social movements, human rights, public health, leadership, urban citizenship and democracy.

ChangeMakers is also used widely by practitioners to teach others. Social movement educators use the podcast in short and long form courses to  provide stories of social change.

Associate Professor Shaun Wilson from Macquarie University in Sydney Australia describes ChangeMakers as “an excellent series that is an invaluable Australian contribution to global knowledge and debates about social movements and democratisation.”

We have provided an easily downloadable (constantly updated) list of all of our episodes – stories and chats – that can be used as a reference guide for those wanting to use episodes for teaching purposes. It is here.
